The little sucker finally let go. At last, Grace is free from the public scorn and humiliation of being the only first grader with all her baby teeth. She can now add 'tooth pulling' to her resume, which also includes such recent additions as: 'bike riding', 'shoe tying', and 'chapter book reading'.
She has excellent credentials for a seven year old.
Allison was the last one in her class to loose a tooth as well. We actually checked out a book from the church library called Lucy Late Tooth or something to try to make her feel better about the whole thing.
ReplyDeleteSo your pictures are all so gorgeous. You either have a great camera or some serious skills. Either way I'm positively green.
greast pix.
ReplyDeleteMQ is dying to lose a tooth... and every day talks about her loose tooth - which of course changes from day to day.
Joy, I'm so tickled you said that about my camera and/or skillz. I recently had a falling out with my camera over some grainy enlargements, and began to have covetous thoughts toward a new digital SLR. But since I would have to choose between eating and buying the new camera, I'll stick with the one I've got. Thanks for making me feel better about it.
ReplyDeleteOh oh oh, the book was called "Sally Slow Tooth" that was it. You know, since it was probably keeping you up at night.
ReplyDeleteAwww....she is so cute. My 5 year old still doesn't believe us that he will loose his teeth. I'm going to show him this picture!
